Tim and Sonia are partners in real estate who have been fully active in the business since 2005. Previously, they both have extensive experience working in Desert Diamonds Realty's property management department and administrative office. Because of their focus on customer service, honesty, integrity, and hard work, they have received numerous awards including Top Team Producer in 2007. Due to their mutual values and combination of knowledge, they have been able to work as a team very successfully.
Tim Koskinen has an Associates Degree in Accounting from Heald's Business College, San Francisco. A native Californian, Tim chose to move to Reno to enjoy the many benefits of the area including the climate and open spaces perfect for his love of horses.
Sonia Zaryczny, a native of Reno, graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing. She has worked in Desert Diamonds Realty's office since 2001. When she is not traveling the world, she enjoys working and playing in the downtown area.
Both are co-founders of another business, La Terre Verte, an eco-friendly boutique in the heart of the redevelopment area of downtown Reno.
